All the app’s functions and features are fully available after logging in with your personal web office login and password.
You can find your login and password in your invitation to the Forum.
In the Programme section, you will find the latest version of the Forum business programme. You can also access online broadcasts of the Forum business programme events.
In the News section, you can get the latest developments from the Forum.
In the Day planner, you can schedule your personal business, cultural, and sporting programme events, among others.
You can use the Feedback feature to send any queries to the Forum organisers.
In the Day planner section you can schedule meetings with other Forum participants, and in the Messages section you can make arrangements.
The Map section features a detailed layout of the venue, including every conference hall, the location of the press events, dining areas, service stands, and other facilities at the venue.
The Transport section includes a useful filter which you can use to search and select your required free shuttle bus route.
Participants can use the ‘Day Planner’ section of the personal web office or the FINOPOLIS 2021/22 mobile app to plan and arrange business meetings. Meetings can be held both at the Forum venue and outside it.

The ‘Day Planner’ section will become available in the personal web office following payment for participation in the Forum. The ‘Day Planner’ section can also be accessed via the FINOPOLIS 2021 mobile app, which is available for free download on the App Store and Google Play.
