The business programme for the FINOPOLIS 2019 Forum of Innovative Financial Technologies has been published on the official event website, together with details of participants attending the plenary session and discussions. Among the speakers are representatives of the Bank of Russia, relevant ministries and government agencies, Russian and international banks, insurance and fintech companies, and independent experts.

One of the events to take place as part of the business programme will be a dialogue between CEO of the Paris Fintech Forum Laurent Nizri and Governor of the Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina.

The Forum’s keynote speaker will be Chris Skinner, an independent commentator on financial markets and technologies, and one of the UK’s most influential technology experts.

The Forum will be attended by leading industry figures from around the world, including Chairman of the International RegTech Association (IRTA) Subas Roy, Managing Director and Partner at BCG Max Hauser, blockchain consultant Loretta Joseph, Chairman of FDATA Global Gavin Littlejohn, and Managing Director of R3 Clive Cook.

The FINOPOLIS 2019 Forum of Innovative Financial Technologies will take place on 9–11 October 2019 in Sochi. The event is held by the Bank of Russia in partnership with IT and financial market leaders. It is Russia’s largest platform for discussing and analysing trends and opportunities to use the latest digital technologies in the financial sector. In 2018 the Forum was attended by more than 1,400 participants from 37 countries, and included 3 plenary discussions, 12 theme‑specific discussions, 3 roundtables, and 7 open lectures.
